Private Real Estate & Equity/Securities Investment Fund

The TFI Hybrid Investment Fund is focused on deploying capital immediately on behalf of our investor partners.  Our fund is unique and special in that we deploy you capital immediately, a strategy that defies the norm when it comes to real estate funds as most all funds raise capital and close the fund once their target raise is reached where they then deploy the capital into identified projects.  While traditional funds hold your capital for often unknown and lengthy periods or you hold your capital for unknown and lengthy periods while seeking your next investment, TFI begins working your capital immediately.

Syndication/Joint Ventures/Side Paper/Special Purpose Entities

From time to time TFI will open special investment opportunities to select investors that may or may not be fund members (fund members receive priority access).  These investment may be managed within the TFI fund side paper, in parallel or through a special purpose entity.  In some cases we will manage the opportunity via a separate syndication/joint venture.

The Tesseract Financial Investments Fund raises capital on an open ended basis and your capital is deployed immediately upon receipt.  We utilize the liquid nature of the securities market as both a dry powder (liquid capital) storage for commitment to real assets once an opportunity has been acquired and as an investment portfolio for the purposes of diversification.

By design the Tesseract Financial Investments Fund keeps a healthy balance between real estate assets and securities.  Your capital is generating returns as soon as we receive it!

When it comes to wealth creation and management most all wealth managers and I do mean all of the big names and most all of the small ones too, they all fail horribly at creating a seamless investment path involving ownership in real estate and liquid markets that will lead you through your golden years and beyond to your legacy.
