The Tesseract Financial Investments Fund is a hybrid real estate and securities fund for accredited investors that focuses on quality commercial and multifamily real estate assets while also taking advantage of certain securities investment strategies to further diversify our portfolio.
Our focus is on deploying capital immediately on behalf of our investor partners. While Tesseract Financial Investments is mainly a fund, we do provide additional wealth management service directly or through an affiliate of ours that we maintain control over. Our guidance is based upon our clients needs and goals.
The Tesseract Financial Investments Fund raises capital on an open ended basis and your capital is deployed immediately upon receipt. We utilize the liquid nature of the securities market as both a dry powder (liquid capital) storage for commitment to real assets once an opportunity has been acquired and as an investment portfolio for the purposes of diversification.
By design the Tesseract Financial Investments Fund keeps a healthy balance between real estate assets and securities. Your capital is generating returns as soon as we receive it!
